Local author and historian Shaun Hunter leads this engaging walk through some of Calgary’s literary landmarks. Find out how, for more than 150 years, the city has inspired writers of prose, poetry and mystery fiction. See the ways writers have captured the city’s storied past on the page.

The walk will run whatever the weather; come prepared with appropriate outerwear. This is an outdoor tour of a largely flat, urban landscape. The tour will cross several downtown streets. You must attend to your own safety and in purchasing this ticket and joining the tour you are assuming the risk of all injury, harm and loss that might be suffered during the event.
